Rotor is primarily known for its ventilation solutions for cattle, pigs and poultry. In addition, the company also offers feeding systems for cattle and high-pressure cooling for cattle, pigs and poultry.

Foam mattresses in the product portfolio

With the acquisition of Tromborg Staldudstyr & Inventar, Rotor now also includes CowTex foam mattresses for cattle in its product portfolio.

The CowTex foam mattresses are characterized by ensuring a high level of animal welfare. The mattresses are, among others, mounted at the Danish Cattle Research Center at Foulum, which belongs to Aarhus University.

- Our two companies have so far competed on the ventilation side, so here there will be a synergy effect in that we now continue together, says CEO of Rotor, Søren Langsig.

- With his solid knowledge of the cattle sector, Jan Tromborg will be an important capacity in our company in the future, he points out.
